Something at home isn't working
as well as well as you'd like.
Perhaps you and your partner keep getting pulled back into the same conflict.
Or one family member is navigating a difficult crossroads and everyone in the house is feeling the effect.
Or like most who reach out, you're discovering that the hardest part of moving to Germany comes after everyone is "all settled".
Just because you're going through the same big change doesn't mean you're experiencing it in the same way.
Perhaps you and your partner keep reliving the same argument.

Working with
family systems
When something changes for one person in a family, it rarely stays with that one person.
A struggling child can change a marriage. A conflict between parents can shape the atmosphere of a whole home. And sometimes the person who appears to be the problem is carrying something much larger than themselves.
That's why I work with the relationships around a problem, not only the person who seems to have it.
Sometimes that means working with the whole family. Sometimes a couple. Sometimes one parent.
We begin with those willing to begin.
You don't need to have the problem clearly defined before asking for help.
We can begin with what's happening now.

TOO MUCH RESTS ON ONE PERSON
One person carries the clarity, momentum, and responsibility for too much of the system.
MOVEMENT HAS SLOWED
A decision, transition, or next step should be straightforward.
Instead, hesitation keeps returning.
Effort increases, but movement does not.
THE SAME CONVERSATION KEEPS REPEATING
The situation has been discussed thoroughly.
The logic is clear.
Yet the underlying tension remains untouched.

What I got was a level of clarity that changed how I approached the business."

I didn't see that coming."
Vanessa Adams - Order Fulfillment Supervisor

JESS TOOCHIN, CO-FOUNDER
EXCHANGE FLO

"I'm usually the person others come to for clarity.
Working with Ben gave me a rare opportunity to step out of that role and think deeply about the WHY driving what I have been building. The return on that conversation became obvious almost immediately. Decisions that had felt heavy suddenly became straightforward."
HUGH HARRIS - CEO
BUCKLEGUY

“Holding the retreat offsite had the effect of disrupting traditional ways that we think about problems. It's about recentering, especially in the chaos. Coming back to where it is that you are heading and why.”
